Hello hello!!!

I’m back from camp, which I am sad and happy about at the same time. I’m sad because camp is over and now I have to wait another year before I can work there again, but I’m happy because it means I can share everything I’ve learned with others. Being back from camp also leaves me with a paradox because physically I’m exhausted (I may or may not be taking two naps a day to recover) but spiritually I’m rejuvenated and ready to keep running the race! And part of that race is writing more books!

On to the main subject of this post. Before I left for camp I promised a cover reveal, and now I’m here to deliver! While I was gone, my amazing cover designer was brushing up some details and making it even more awesome. So without further ado:

Ta-da! Isn’t it beautiful? It’s by far my best book cover so far, and I’m so excited that I get to share it with you guys!

I’m also in the final rounds of editing (my resident grammar nazi is currently reading it to find all the tiny errors I never see.) After he’s finished things should move quickly, so I’m still hoping for a July release.

As for my other projects, I’m already restarting work on Midnight’s Wings, and I’m really excited to move forward on it! I’d like to release it late this year, but that’s a very loose plan. I have to see how classes go before I can really set a date. Regardless of how long it takes, though, my goal is to keep writing throughout school, and hopefully I’ll be able to make more progress now that I have an idea of what to expect and how to balance my schedule.

That’s all the news for now! If you have any questions, feel free to contact me here on my website, or message me on my facebook page. Hope you’re all enjoying your summer!
